As you know, the planning and design process for the clubhouse is a story that begins over 20 years ago. The design that your firm built for Royal Palm Tennis Club was 4 years in the making.
It should come as no surprise that the club’s Building Committee – made up of some very seasoned individuals with strong development and construction experience would be very particular about who would be selected to bid, and ultimately construct the project.
It became apparent to us early on that your firm stood apart from the rest in the review of the plans, bidding discussions, value engineering ideas. Your bid was clear, and well prepared. Lahoud and Hardan responded quickly to our questions, and suggestions.
From the point we selected your firm to receiving our TCO and CO, Lahoud and Hardan delivered what was pledged and expected. There was never a question about the quality that every sub performed as expected. And there were no surprises on the budget.
