Dear Jad and Nazih,
The time has come for me to write this letter expressing my uttermost appreciation and gratitude for your efforts in realizing and making my dream come true.
Jad, a year ago I met you and we discussed and reviewed my plans for building Maroosh. And I recall you and Nazih told me to look no more for another contractor – that you did not want anybody else to build this restaurant, no matter what it takes. Indeed, you both worked with me, adjusted and modified your terms, and stayed flexible enough to accommodate me. Thus, we proceeded to build my restaurant without compromising the quality and professionalism I expected.
I remember you insisting on having a full time supervisor on the job at all times. I now realize how important his presence was. You have worked through all the obstacles and delays we endured due to unforeseen sources which cost us both in time and money. You both showed and have proven your support and professionalism by not charging me extra money for resultant change orders – again reflecting your sincere desire to satisfy.
My appreciation is long enough to write several letters. But I conclude by thanking the two of you and your staff at Lahoud and Hardan enterprises. Your true efforts, hard work, and efficiency have made this project a success.
I don’t hesitate to recommend your services and will do so with confidence. When people ask me who built Maroosh, I will be proud to say Lahoud and Hardan.
